As of February 1, 2025, our medication management providers will begin moving to a new clinic called Precision Psychiatry.  This clinic will remain at the current location in West Des Moines.  In Pella, the clinic will be moving to 1119 East 2nd Street, Pella, Iowa.  The phone number is 515.514.1186 for both locations.  Please call this number if you are planning to follow your provider to Precision Psychiatry.
